On your first visit, we will spend an hour together reviewing your physical symptoms, medical history, family history, sleep hygiene, and stress management strategies. We'll also examine your past relationship with food and exercise, discuss your goals and measure your baseline body composition. We'll use the information we learn during this session to develop a strategic plan that's 100% customized for you.
During our follow up sessions, we'll check in on your progress and discuss what's working and what could use improvement. We'll follow up on body composition measurements and use motivational interviewing techniques to evaluate barriers to change. Then, we'll strategically plan how you can overcome your barriers and achieve success.
Appointments & Fees
Can't make it to our office? All of our counseling services can be done remotely via phone or Skype. Follow up sessions are generally 45 minutes. 30 minute follow up sessions are available for non-clinically complex patients.
